One person, whose identity has not yet been revealed, has died fire recorded in the early hours of this Monday On October 7 in a house in the municipality of Jaén, Los Villares, according to the Emergency Coordination Center (Cecem) 112 Andalusia.
The event occurred in a building on Obispo Street, 3:07 a.m. when neighbors alerted of flames and explosions in a house.
Members of the Civil Guard, local police, firefighters and the Health Emergency Center 061, belonging to the Andalusian Health Service (SAS), intervened at the scene.
Armed Institute sources confirmed the discovery of one person killed in the incident. For its part, the Local Police indicated that it would carry out demolish the building due to the risk of collapse and that the fire did not affect neighboring houses.
This is the second fatal fire in Andalusia in the last 24 hours, after the one which claimed the lives of a couple and their two children, aged 16 and 20, in a house in the Sevillian town of Guillena.
