The call for the training program is open to companies that wish to generate impact with their projects

The Ministry of the Economy, through the General Directorate of Enterprises, is launching a program of training for entrepreneurial projects or companies whose objective is to “solve social or environmental problems and needs”.

It is aimed at those who seek to “generate a positive impact with their business projects”, and for this purpose it offers training and advice with experts to promote their initiatives, according to the Government of Extremadura in a press release.

First, a self-diagnosis to determine the level of prior knowledge to access training in impact economics, business management, value proposition, business model, market access strategies or people management, among others.

The training program takes place over 40 hours, 30 of which are online, during which participants will be able to interact with the team of experts and with the rest of the participating entrepreneurs, according to the Government of Extremadura in a press release.

It is also supplemented by 10 hours of face-to-face training to facilitate knowledge consolidation and contacts between participating projects.

Thus, the training will cover content such as the development of business models and social business plans; design of products and services with social impact; social marketing and customer communication strategies; trends and technologies with a positive impact for social enterprise; monitoring and evaluation of social and environmental impact; innovative financing or social investment strategies and presentation of the project to investors.

Alongside the training, participants will receive personalized advice to resolve your doubts, establish a roadmap for your project and launch a business model with a positive impact.

The program will run with 20 people and registrations will remain open until October 21 via extremeduraempresarial.es/.

It should be noted that this program is developed within the framework of the EFES Impact project, co-financed by the European Union through the Interreg IV-A Spain-Portugal (Poctep) program 2021-2027.
