The State Labor Inspection Service (SLA) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population discovered violations of the requirements of labor legislation by employers in 2,128 cases in nine months of this year.
In response to APA’s request, this was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
It was reported that the service took measures in accordance with the law to eliminate the detected violations:
“State control measures carried out by the service through the electronic system, as well as those legal violations discovered during the investigation of applications and appeals, mainly involve employees working without an employment contract, non-payment of salaries and final accounts. non-mandatory insurance for employees and violations of labor protection rules, etc. All mentioned violations have been eliminated.”
