The company “Skills Academy”, which belonged to actress Ingeborga Dapkunaite, who escaped from Russia, has been liquidated. This is demonstrated by the data from the BIR-Analyst portal.
The company ceased to exist on July 25 of this year. According to the company’s certificate, Skills Academy is excluded from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) as an “inactive legal entity,” RIA Novosti reports.
The company and its owner have no blocked accounts or tax debts.
As reported EADailythe Federal Tax Service (Federal Tax Service) has not received reports on the activities of Skills Academy LLC since 2020. In April of this year, the process of liquidating the company began.
Dapkunaite owns 50% of the company, the other half belongs to her ex-husband Dmitry Yampolsky. LLC was dedicated to teaching children English, speed reading, and also preparing them for school.
