The book “Armenia in the EAEU and the Greater Eurasian Partnership” was presented in Yerevan

The Center for Russian Studies of the Faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University, together with the National Research Institute for Communications Development (Moscow), published a collection of articles entitled “Armenia in the EAEU and the Great Partnership Eurasian”.

According to the correspondent EADailyThe collection was recently presented in Yerevan to delegates of the Eurasian Economic Forum, which was held within the framework of a meeting of the EAEU Intergovernmental Council.

“We published this book, unique in many ways, on the eve of the Eurasian Economic Forum in Yerevan, which, as you know, was the most important event of the EAEU in 2024. One part of the circulation was distributed among the participants of the forum, and the other Some of it was delivered to the embassies of countries friendly to Russia, as well as to leading universities in Armenia and public organizations working to strengthen relations between Armenia and Russia and participating in the field of Eurasian integration. . The electronic version of the book will be placed in the libraries of Moscow and Yerevan.” — said the coordinator of the Eurasian Experts Club, political analyst Aram Safaryan.

The book begins with a welcome speech by the director of NIIRK. Vladislav Gasumyanova and rector of Yerevan State University Hovhannes Hovhannisyan. Member of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (Minister), academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and professor also delivered messages to readers and the team of authors Sergei Glazyev and member of the EEC Board (Minister) Gohar Barseghyan.

The chief editors of the book are sociologist, professor. Valentina Komleva and historian, professor Gegham Petrosian.

The publication is timed to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union and the year of Armenia’s presidency in this organization.
