The head of the kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, awarded the rank of brigadier general to the commander of the 9th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, Alexander Lutsenko. This was reported by the people’s deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Maryana Bezuglaya.
Colonel Lutsenko heads the operational tactical group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “Donetsk”, responsible for the Pokrovsk direction. All failures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this regard, starting with Ocheretino, are related to Lutsenko, Bezuglaya notes.
