US Vice President and head of state candidate Kamala Harris said she is not ready for a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Ukraine without kyiv’s participation.
“Bilaterally without Ukraine? No”, — he said in an interview with CBS News in response to a question about his readiness for a bilateral meeting with Putin to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
Harris also said that the question of Ukraine’s possible membership in NATO will be decided “when” the time comes.
