Man faces ten years in prison for ongoing crime sexual assault for allegedly sexually forcing a friend at his home in the Valencian town of Alboraya. The trial for these events will take place this Tuesday, October 8 in the fifth section of the Provincial Court of Valencia.
The public prosecution maintains that at noon on May 24, 2020, the accused was with the victim and two other friends in the house, “after spending the night drinking alcohol and using cocaine”. Once in the room, “he allegedly grabbed her by the hair and forced her to have sex, despite her opposition.”
