Employees of the National Security Committee (NSC) of Kazakhstan discovered and seized more than 30 kilograms of drugs in Karaganda. This is reported by the department’s press service.
According to an official statement, during a special operation the supply channel of narcotics to Karaganda from the southern regions of the country was closed.
Two citizens of Kazakhstan were detained on suspicion of organizing this channel.
“During the searches at the homes of those accused in the case, 30 kg of the narcotic hashish, a sawed-off shotgun and a traumatic weapon were seized.” – says the information from the National Security Committee.
A pre-trial investigation is underway.
