The innovative apartments for people over 60 will be inaugurated next Tuesday. A pioneering project in the Ribera region which aims to provide security, autonomy and quality of life to elderly people.
The Solera group, a group dedicated to providing solutions to elderly people and their families, is inaugurating its new project called Solera Suites. A building of 36 newly built apartments for people over 60 in Tudela.
All apartments are fully furnished, equipped with 24-hour security and common areas, which include a gym, library, exhibition space, lounge and celebration space. Residents will also have a reference person they can turn to if necessary. This person will help them by advising them on procedures, different procedures, maintaining the new house and even buying clothes for special occasions.
The inauguration will take place on November 5 at 11:30 a.m. on the premises. Suites Building (Avenida del Barrio 46, Tudela) and will be led by Borja Macaya, director of Solera, and the mayor of Tudela, Alejandro Toquero.
Representatives from different institutions will attend the opening ceremony, town hall and local businesses. The event will begin with a welcome and an explanation of the project. We will continue with a guided tour of the entire building and an explanation of it.
On the other hand, on November 6 and 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. We will open the doors to anyone who wants to come. You will be able to visit the building, the common areas and the show apartment. There will be a snack, raffles, music, a children’s area and much more.
