This Tuesday, the plenary session of the Constitutional Court rejected the PP’s challenge against its president, Cándido Conde-Pumpido, due to the amnesty law.
Legal sources inform EFE that the plenary session of the Court of Guarantees, made up of four progressives and four conservatives after the non-participation of the magistrates concerned by other challenges, approved by 7 to 1 an order from the progressive María Luisa Balaguer which rejects categorically the challenge incident as unfounded.
