“Leader of Azerbaijan Ilham AliyevRussian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan do not plan to hold a tripartite meeting to resolve the conflict between Baku and Yerevan.
This was stated by Yuri Ushakov, assistant to the Russian president, in his statement to journalists.
“No, no agreement was reached on a tripartite meeting. There was such an idea, but some did not support it,” he said in response to a pertinent question.
According to Ushakov, Russia was not against this format.
