In Baku, the bus represented a danger to passengers – COMPLAINT

Bus route number 535, connecting the settlement of Novkhani with the city of Khirdalan, had scary moments for passengers.

Citizens said the driver put too many passengers on the bus and drove it with the door open.

We sent a request to the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) on this issue.

From the institution Oku.AzIn response, it was reported that the drivers were instructed to comply with the rules of passenger transportation:

“There are 15 buses on route 535 connecting Novkhani settlement with Khirdalan city with an interval of 9 minutes. Taking into account passenger demand, a few months ago low-capacity buses were replaced by high-capacity buses. Due to congestion on the roads in the morning and evening rush hours, the interval between buses increases and passenger density is observed.

Taking into account passenger demand, the company was again instructed to release additional vehicles on the line during peak hours of the day and at the same time drivers must comply with passenger transportation rules.
