The trial has begun against seven people, two of them minors, in the criminal case against the resident of the Zabrat settlement in the Sabunchu district of the capital, who kidnapped the previously convicted Nazirkhan Agakhanov and injured him by committing indecent acts. .
Oku.Az informs that in the trial presided over by the judge of the Baku Serious Crimes Court, Leyla Mammadova (Asgarova), the names of the accused have been clarified: Shujaat Rzayev, Samir Huseynov, Murad Rzayev, Kamran Rzayev, Elnur Alishov, Tabriz Aliyev and Elsever Ahmadov. and submitted to the court for the criminal case a decision has been made.
The investigation revealed that Nazirkhan Agakhanov, a resident of the Zabrat settlement of Sabunchu district, opened an account on the social network “TikTok” called “Nazirkhan the grandfather of legal thieves” and through that account shared unpleasant statements about the deceased Rovshan Janiyev, known in the criminal world as “Rovshan Lankaranski”. After that, a group of people saw Nazirkhana’s posts and decided to punish her.
The accused Shujaat Rzayev is suspected of robbing, insulting and injuring Nazirkhan Agakhanov along with others on the orders of his acquaintance Elsever Ahmadov. The indictment states that the defendant took Nazirkhan Aghakhanov’s mobile phone and called him at the last stop of bus line 118 in the Zabrat settlement to do business. After meeting Nazirkhan Agakhanov there, they took him to talk, put him in the trunk of a truck as planned, tied his arm and eyes with duct tape, and took him to his home in the town of Zabrat, where he lives.
In the investigation material it was further mentioned that Tabriz Aliyev, Elnur Alishov, Ahmet Azizov and Murad Rzayev used cutting and piercing tools, subjected him to various torture and put him in a chicken coop in the yard of his house. After that, those people dressed her in the red “bridal” dress they had brought and demanded that she apologize for the posts she made, and shared the video of the apology on social media. Seven people accused by law enforcement agencies for their illegal acts were charged with criminal offenses under Article 144 (kidnapping) of the Penal Code and several other serious articles, and preventive measures were taken against them.
It should be noted that the search for 4 more people in said criminal case has been announced and appropriate measures are being taken to arrest them and involve them in the investigation.
