The Court of Instruction number 33 of Barcelona sent to the Supreme Court a reasoned declaration against the leader of Se Acabó La Fiesta (SALF), Luis Alvise Pérezby released in 2021 a false positive PCR from the PSC candidate for the Generalitat Salvador Illa. The Second Chamber of the Supreme Court will now have to decide whether or not to admit the reasoned statement and request that Alvise be declared under investigation.
The investigation was opened from a complaint from the public prosecutor’s office attributing the crimes of falsification of documents and insults to the far-right agitator. During the investigation, the hospital where the false test was carried out denied the hoax and the Mossos d’Esquadra analyzed the publication which could constitute a crime, as well as the diffusion it had on social networks of the person investigated.
This is the fourth criminal case pending for Alvise Pérezin addition to the possible illegal financing of the 100,000 euros of black money that the Cryptospain Beach Barwho is the subject of an investigation by the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office; THE revelation of secrets for having broadcast an image of the daughter of Pedro Sánchez and the alleged threats suffered by a Seville judge who is investigating Vito Quiles. All are already before the Supreme Court. And we should add the investigation of Criptospain which is ordered by the judge of the National Court José Luis Calama if he finally finds evidence of a crime against the leader of the SALF for collaboration in the fraud.
In addition, before the courts of the Plaza de Castilla there is another case of revealing secrets for the dissemination of private messages of the former number 2 of the Interior Francisco Martínez.
