The new coach of the Khankendi Club, which will play in the AFFA regional league, will be Turkish specialist Ibrahim Uzunca.
This was reported to “Report” by Vasif Ismayilov, executive director of the new team.
He said that Khankendi is seriously preparing for the 2024/2025 season:
“We have reached an agreement with the new coach on many issues. His transition will be formalized after resolving the small details. Previously we worked together with Ibrahim Uzunca in the Fuzuli team. We have recruited players who played in the Azerbaijan mini-football team. In addition , Gabala Academy student Kamil Nazarli will be with us. Our goal is to finish the season as a winner and play in the II League.
It should be noted that the 2024/2025 AFFA Regional League season is scheduled to begin in October.
