Ábalos used the conspiracy’s ultra-secure phones after asking Koldo if Sánchez had his phone tapped

This is what emerges from the latest UCO report on this case, already sent to the judge. Ishmael Morenowho is investigating the call Koldo affair. EL ESPAÑOL had access to this documentation. Benemérita agents reached this conclusion thanks to the telephone interventions they made with some of the people investigated in this case.

According to the Civil Guard in this report, the call Koldo Field provided these ultra-secure phones to the then Minister of Transport after García asked if Ábalos and the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchezthey have been tapped (what is commonly called drilled).

This fact —Koldo’s allusion to Sánchez’s safety— was recounted, during a conversation with other civil guards, by Rubén Villalba Carnerohigh command of the Benemérita also accused in this case.

According to this documentation, Villalba, after informing his interlocutors, told them that he had informed Koldo García that he could not give him an answer. “We told him there was nothing we could do.”

The Civil Guard report highlights that the security of telephone communications was “one of the most important aspects” for another of the main people interviewed, businessman Víctor de Aldamaconsidered as the intermediary/implementer of the network.

It is for this reason that, according to the police file, he was able to communicate with the other members of the network “in complete safety and outside of possible police/judicial action”.
