A 41-year-old man was arrested in the Madrid district Vallecas Bridge after stealing several “Scratch and Win” lottery tickets from a blind ONCE seller, they confirmed they had Europe Press police sources.

After checking the ticket numbers, officers confirmed that they were coupons stolen from the seller.

The inmate, who at that time was trying to collect a prize a total of 9.5 euros, the only price of scratch cards, He claimed to have bought the tickets from a stranger for 10 euros, a version that the agents ruled out after investigation.
