Blogger Elena Blinovskaya, who is currently in a pre-trial detention center, filed a lawsuit against a company that sells the marathons she created for 5 thousand instead of 110 thousand rubles. This was reported by the Mash telegram channel.
“The blogger demands Beget LLC to close the store and demolish everything. The guys there now sell nine of their courses. The lawsuit against the software development company reached the Moscow City Court on October 2.” – says the publication.
The statement of claim refers to marathons: “Expansion of financial awareness”, “Relationships”, “Fulfillment of wishes before the New Year 2020”, “Ideal mother – happy mother”, “Secret bonus”, training “Become and receive ” and the course “Purpose.”
So far, the Moscow City Court has dismissed the lawsuit, as the request is outside its jurisdiction.
As reported EADailyIn April last year, Blinovskaya and the car she was renting were detained on the Russian border with Belarus. The blogger tried to leave the country. A criminal case was opened against her for large-scale tax evasion and laundering of funds acquired through criminal means. Subsequently, a criminal case was opened for illegal circulation of payment instruments.
According to investigators, Blinovskaya, through her husband, evaded paying taxes worth 918 million rubles. Then they legalized part of these funds in the amount of 706 million rubles.
According to court documents, since 2019, all companies that participated in the blogger’s profit plan received income worth 5.05 billion rubles.
In mid-August of this year, Blinovskaya, independently of the pre-trial detention center, sent an application to the court to declare bankruptcy.
