When mentioning Claudio, Piedad Losada was referring to Claudio Rivas Ruiz-Capillaspartner of Víctor de Aldama in the hydrocarbons sector and who, like him, was arrested last Monday as part of a network which allegedly defrauded the Treasury of 182 million euros.
The purchase of the villa in La Línea de la Concepción was finalized in June 2021, two months after Piedad Losada’s message. However, Aldama and Claudio Rivas they used an instrumental company newly created, I have time SLwhich was dedicated to the purchase and sale of hydrocarbons and whose administrator was Leonor González Pano.
Have Got Time SL is one of the companies currently being investigated by the National Court for having been used by Víctor de Aldama and Claudio Rivas to allegedly defraud the payment of VAT through a network of nominees.

Claudio Rivas, in a message sent by the Signal platform to Aldama on August 17, 2021, complained about José Luis Ábalos’ debt after being dismissed as Minister of Transport: “And the beach tenant without paying the monthly payment”.

The company’s debt continued to increase, as it never fulfilled its obligations to the Treasury. So in 2021 she started owing 27 million euros and in 2022 they increased to 41.
Aldama received a transfer from Have Got Time SL on June 16, 2021 of 181,500 euros, coinciding with the purchase of the villa. In total, as this newspaper was able to observe, the commissioner of the Koldo affair received 600,000 euros from this company between 2021 and 2022.
This company’s only real estate investment was the purchase of the chalet that it ended up renting in Ábalos for 526,650 euros. Also bought a yacht in the port of Villajoyosa (Alicante), where Koldo García acquired nautical equipment and which is a few kilometers from his usual home.
García was the advisor to José Luis Ábalos when he held the transportation portfolio. In the case that bears his name, a judge of the National Court is investigating the alleged collection of illegal commissions through public contracts awarded to a specific company of the said ministry and other departments of the Administration.
This is the first time that the name of Claudio Rivas appears in a Civil Guard report relating to the Koldo affair. The figure of this associate of Víctor de Aldama gained importance after his arrest for fraud by hydrocarbon companies.
Aldama and Claudio Rivas will be brought to justice this Thursday after their arrest last Monday for this second plot, the one discovered this Monday with the arrest of the two.
