Fewer collective procedures and more business creationss. This is how it closes Aragon the month of September. A period in which the community followed a different path from that of Spain as a whole, where competitions developed and, although commercial enterprises were created, this was done to a lesser extent than in Aragonese territory.
Concretely, with regard to bankruptcy procedures, Aragon is one of the few autonomy in which these types of processes have decreased in the month of September.

The evolution of Aragon was positive both in September and over the accumulated period of 2024 in business creation. In this case, the Aragonese community counted 139 formation of commercial companies, i.e. 35.95% more compared to September 2023. In Spain the increase was 27.61%.
From January to September, businesses were also created. There were 1,678 companies. This represents an increase of 9.10%. A percentage which once again exceeds the Spanish average of 6.79% over the cumulative annual period.
As for the sectorstrade and automobile repair, as well as hotels and construction, concentrate a large part of the new businesses created. Financial and insurance activities as well as the manufacturing industry also stand out.
And what’s going on with the solutions? The situation varies depending on the period. While in the month of September roserecording 79, with an increase of 19.70%, in the accumulated so far in 2024, there is a decrease of 8.73% with 1,150 companies dissolved.
In this case, the dissolutions occurred mainly during construction; professional, scientific and technical activities; hotel and real estate activities, among others.
