Max. hit the mark by adapting the video game of ‘The Last of Us“, and many fans are grateful that the script fits almost perfectly with the main story of the characters, something that does not often happen with adaptations, and now the excellent news has been shared that the production in charge of the project, has finished recording the scenes of the long-awaited second season.
“Completed! Congratulations to the incredible production team of #TheLastOfUs Season 2! Now we’re going to bring your hard work home!“, wrote Timothy Goodpublisher of The Last of Us, via its social network xrevealing that filming on the series’ second season has officially wrapped.
This means that now the series will enter its post-production phase where all the material will be compiled, and the sound, effects and other touches will be added to the recording for its release and marketing; for the moment, everything is going according to plan. HBOThe series will therefore most likely see its premiere early next year 2025.
