After the police operation, the same court ordered entry into detention. of the same person indicted, as well as of another detainee, his right hand, for injuries, break-in, damage, coercion, harassment, theft by force, threats, offenses against moral integrity, revelation of secrets, falsification of public documents, theft with violence and membership in a criminal organization. In fact, there are indications that they participated in up to 62 criminal acts, due to violent expulsions of people. The provisional measure was taken, essentially, due to the risk of flight, but in June the Tarragona court accepted the person’s appeal and he was released from prison, with the obligation to appear before the court . However, the instructor, after receiving a report containing several complaints for his participation in new criminal acts since his release, agreed today, once again, to be placed in temporary prison with notice and without bail.
