The man who ran over a 16-year-old girl with a motorcycle and left her paralyzed in Baku: “I don’t blame myself”

A 16-year-old girl was paralyzed in a motorcycle accident in the Ahmedli settlement of Baku.

According to the victim’s mother, Naila Khalilova, the person who ran over her son, Mirpasha Mammadov, told people in the area that he was speeding and that if he stopped he could be injured. He took his motorcycle and left the area.

According to Mirpasha Mammadov, he does not blame himself for the accident:

“It was night. There was no line of pedestrians in the area. The girl suddenly crossed my path. I was also injured.”
