From 6:00 a.m. Wednesday to 1:50 p.m., around a hundred traffic incidents linked to the presence of obstacles on the roads. These conditions occurred mainly in Cinco Villas (Lesaca, Echalar, Sunbilla, Bera, Yanci), Goizueta, Arano, Baztán, Basaburua, Domeño and in the Barranca region.

Most of incidents affected the roads of the secondary network, although there were also problems on the N-121 A, the N-121B, the A-10 and the N-135, as well as on the NA-170, the NA-411 and the NA. -4000, among others. Most incidents consisted of falling branches and trees, which partially or completely blocked the road. The majority of these incidents were handled by Public Works resources.

Likewise, it is necessary that mobilization of firefighters from several parksmainly those of Cordovilla and Trinitarios, which, between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., responded to around twenty incidents.

Among them, it is worth highlighting the falling of metal sheets from the roofs of several office buildings in the industrial zones of Mutilva and Noáin; the detachment of the metal plates from the roof of the Txantrea Public Library; falling glass due to broken windows in Burlada; the breaking of blinds in different parts of the Pamplona basin: and the fall of multiple large branches on the river path of Burlada and Villava, which led the municipal police of these two municipalities to close the pedestrian crossing.

In Beriáin, firefighters had to intervene before the risk of falling from a scaffolding on avenue de Pamplune; the risk of solar panels falling from the roof of a house and the roof of the dispensary, among other interventions.

In Pamplona, ​​on Avenida de Navarra, the falling branches caused damage to some vehicles, an incident attended by the Pamplona Municipal Police and the Foral Police.

According to the measurements of weather station from the Government of Navarra in Gorramendi, the wind reached 137.8 km/hour at 11:10 a.m. In Aralar, the maximum speed was 101.2 km/h and was recorded at 10:10 a.m. In Carrascal, the speed of 65.5 km/hour was reached at 11:50 a.m. And in Arangoiti, 65.8 km/h, recorded at 10:40 a.m.

THE weather forecast indicates a reduction in wind speed around 5 p.m., which will be accompanied by a change in its direction and a gradual reduction of the episode.
