Hurricane Milton made landfall in Florida with maximum winds of 193 kilometers per hour, the United States National Hurricane Center (NHC) reported on Thursday.
“Doppler radar data shows that the epicenter of Hurricane Milton made landfall near Siesta Key in Sarasota County on the west coast of Florida. “The maximum wind speed at the collapse site is estimated to be 120 miles per hour.” – the center said in a statement on the social network X.
