The work carried out generates new vegetation zones and shaded areasreducing the heat island effect and creating free play scenarios not focused on sporting activity.

The outdoor space is paved with asphalt and features tall trees which is implemented with square tree pit designs, creating a canopy of vegetation in the perimeter areas.
The work to renaturalize the three school playgrounds was awarded to the company Lacunza Hermanos SL for an amount of 438,673.28 euros. Around the 324,000 euros They correspond to the work of the CPEIP San Jorge, some 59,000 euros at Amaiur Ikastola and another 56,000 euros at the CPEIP Iturrama.
