The bodies of six hostages kidnapped during the Hamas attack on Israeli soil on October 7 have been found in the Gaza Strip, US President Joe Biden announced on Saturday evening, August 31. Among them are the remains of Israeli-American Hersh Goldberg-Polin.
“Earlier today [samedi] In a tunnel under the city of Rafah, Israeli forces recovered six bodies of hostages held by Hamas »including Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Biden explained in a press release, saying that “devastated and outraged”.
On October 7, 251 people were kidnapped in Israel and taken to Gaza.
