Accident in Zarat town left Mushfigabad without water

For the past three days, more than 10,000 residents of the Mushfigabad settlement in Baku’s Garadagh district have been facing severe water shortages.

Oku.Az reports that although official information published yesterday by the United Water Supply Service of Large Cities indicated that the water supply will be fully restored at night, no drinking water was supplied to the settlement area today.

“The tanks are already filling. This afternoon the water supply will be restored. Starting at 6:00 p.m. the water supply will be carried out in parts,” the information reads.

It may be noted that residents of Mushfigabad settlement expressed their discontent over the complete suspension of drinking water supply in the settlement for several days.
