Azerbaijan’s national airline AZAL continues to implement digital solutions in the direction of Nakhchivan. In addition to increasing digitalization and transparency, the airline launches an online flight check-in service with the aim of improving the quality of the service provided to passengers on the route in question.
Oku.Az informs that the press service of CJSC “Azerbaijan Airlines” published information in this regard.
The new service allows passengers to register online 48 hours before the flight at www.azal.az or in the airline’s mobile application.
AZAL mobile application can be downloaded from the link.
Online check-in offers passengers a number of benefits, such as the ability to select a seat and minimize the risk of flight delays.
It should be noted that since October 1, AZAL began to apply the SIMA digital signature during the online purchase of airline tickets on the Baku-Nakhchivan-Baku route. This innovation also aims to digitize the process of obtaining airline tickets and increase transparency.
