The manager of the establishment presented a purchase invoice dated September 3 for a marine species called ‘Nassarius mutabilis’, which did not correspond to the freshwater species called ‘Cipango paludina chinensis’. Among other articles, they also highlighted frozen chickens with black plumage and large quantities of dried squid, all without labeling or with incomprehensible inscriptions. Finally, more than 276 kilos of products were seized and sealed to be destroyed by the corresponding health services.
