The judge of the National Court Ismael Moreno, in charge of the investigation into the so-called Koldo affairasked the Congress of Deputies to certify that the former minister Jose Luis Abalos He is still an MP.
This is requested in a resolution dated this Thursday and to which EL ESPAÑOL had access.
This would theoretically be the first step in summoning the former minister as an investigator for his alleged involvement in this plot, alongside his former advisor, Koldo García Izaguirre, the businessman Víctor de Aldama, other men of affairs and officials from different ministries.
Judge Ismael Moreno suggests in this resolution that the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard provides new evidence against Ábalos.
