In September, the General Anti-Narcotics Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior removed 146 kilograms of narcotics from circulation.

It was reported that during the month of September operations against the illegal circulation of drugs in the capital and regions continued by employees of the General Anti-Narcotics Department of the Ministry of the Interior. As a result, 20 more members of the drug network were arrested. Among them are people who are the main suppliers of drugs. During the operations, more than 146 kilograms of heroin, opium, methamphetamine, marijuana enriched with psychotropic substances, 25,556 methadone pills with psychotropic substances, electronic scales and bank cards used in the circulation of drugs were discovered.
Criminal cases related to the events have been initiated and preventive detention measures have been adopted for those detained by decision of the court.
