Former socialist minister José Luis Ábalos refused to appear surprised by the request of the Central Operational Unit (UCO) to indict him for his alleged involvement in the “Koldo case”, saying that “it was normal”, but Regardless, he reiterated that he was not part of “any conspiracy.”
