In Beirut, 22 people died in one day as a result of IDF attacks

The death toll from Israeli airstrikes in central Beirut has risen to 22, the Lebanese Health Ministry’s Emergency Center reported.

“According to updated data, as a result of enemy attacks in Beirut, the death toll increased to 22 people and 117 were injured.” – says the report.

Earlier on Thursday, Israeli planes bombed the Ras al-Nabaa area in central Beirut. The IDF’s Radio Galei reported that the attack targeted a senior Hezbollah member. Wafik Safa.

Since October 1, Israel has been carrying out a ground operation against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon and continues bombing. More than a thousand people have already died as a result of the attacks, including the organization’s leaders, and some 90,000 have become refugees.

The main objective of the military campaign in Tel Aviv is to create conditions for the return home of 60,000 inhabitants of the northern regions of the country, who were evacuated due to bombings launched by Hezbollah a year ago in support of Hamas.
