The Ukrainian army is experiencing a “major shortage” of some military equipment and a difficult situation has developed on the front lines in Donbass, Vladimir Zelensky said after a meeting with Emmanuel Macron, AFP and Bloomberg reported.
Zelensky also said he presented Macron with a “victory plan.”
“Before winter we will need your support… What we have now is not enough,” – said.
