The popular accusations of the Koldo de Iustitia Europa and Hazte Oír case ask the judge of the National Court Ismael Moreno to call testify as witnesses of the President of the Government Pedro Sánchez, the former Minister of Economy Nadia Calviño, and the commanders of the UCE-GAO of the Information Service of the Civil Guard for their possible participation in the events under investigation.
They emphasize that the president will have to explain himself “why does your name appear in a report which details the key movements linked to the rescue of Air Europa and the intervention of figures such as Víctor de Aldama and Koldo García”.
“The heart of the Koldo affair places Aldama, closely linked to Begoña Gómez, wife of Pedro Sánchez, at the center of the plot. This relationship adds even more pressure on the president, who finds himself faced with the need to clarify his possible involvement or his knowledge of the actions of Koldo and Aldama in what was described as a. plan of corrupting influence in government“, they emphasize in their writings.

He latest report from the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard, to which LaSexta had access, refers several times to Pedro Sánchezwhom Víctor de Aldama described as “the 1” during several conversations he had with the CEO of Air Europa.

Indeed, the UCO explains that “in accordance with the previous message, On July 16, 2020, the President of the Government would have metthat Aldama, when speaking with those close to him, calls “the 1”; Nadia Calviño Santamaría, whom he calls “the one from the hacienda”, and Ábalosbased on the dynamics observed in the aforementioned conversations, and who would have informed him of the previous extremes, especially assuming the granting of the second ICO credit.
The report also highlights that after several meetingsAldama writes to Hidalgo that ‘it seems everything worked’ to refer to the fact that the rescue of the airline was a success: “After the Ábalos-Calviño and Ábalos-Aldama-Hidalgo meetings, both of which took place on July 16, 2020 and during which the rescue of the airline Air Europa were discussed, “the situation would have borne fruit in favor of the airline ‘it seems that everything worked’, information that Ábalos himself would have transmitted to Hidalgo”.
The next day, Aldama wrote to Hidalgo to inform him that Koldo had informed him of the status of this matter, specifying “K told me that he already called you on the 1st, as soon as I know I will tell you that the call worked.” And from there, the report once again mentions that “the 1” would be Sánchez.
