Barack Obama gave a speech in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in which he criticized Republican candidate Donald Trump. The former president expressed the opinion that Trump, being a billionaire, only cares about his ego, his money and his status.

According to Obama, the Republican candidate shows no interest in the problems of Americans and for the last nine years, since his first nomination, has constantly focused on his personal difficulties.
Obama recalled the moment in 2015 when Trump announced his entry into the presidential race by descending the golden escalator from his Trump Tower. Since then, the former president said, Trump’s rhetoric has consisted of grandiose statements, conspiracy theories and long speeches, which Obama believes only distract voters from the real issues.
In his speech, Obama also expressed his support for Kamala Harris and said that as president, she would focus on solving the problems of all Americans, not just those of her own supporters. According to him, Harris differs in that she is willing to work for the good of all citizens, unlike Trump, who, according to Obama, is a symbol of arrogance, incompetence and division.
Analysts point out that Pennsylvania is one of the key states in the next elections, which will be held on November 5.
