“AHIK Volunteers” program launched

Humanistic values, noble missions, benevolence and voluntary and selfless support for national actions are valuable values ​​that our people live and develop. The merits of voluntary support for our State’s incomparable progress, achievements and victories are undeniable.

Oku.Az reports that the voluntary movement founded by the head of the country in modern independent Azerbaijan, founded by the national leader Heydar Aliyev, has been further developed by the head of the country, the normative legal framework and state support for this have been improved field has increased. Our citizens, including young people from the regions of our country and from all strata of our society, who have already justified themselves in many areas, including volunteering, and have earned wide sympathy, take advantage of this opportunity and selflessly contribute to the future . progress of Azerbaijan.

Taking into account the realities and challenges of current development, it is also a reasonable step to take advantage of the important voluntary support of our members in the work to be carried out to accurately and timely achieve the goals set for the protection of labor rights. .

In this regard, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan launches the “AHIK Volunteers” program.

Therefore, the program will be useful in promoting the activities of unions, increasing their reputation and expanding their ranks, and will also be an important opportunity for young people to increase their knowledge and skills, reveal their talents, gain experience and socialize. The involvement of volunteers in the organization of Confederation events in various areas also represents great support for their personal development and growth as professional staff.

All Azerbaijani citizens aged between 18 and 25, capable of analytical thinking, intelligent and disciplined, who are studying or have graduated from higher education, can participate in the project. Preference is given to young people with knowledge of foreign languages ​​and previous volunteer experience.

Qualified volunteers will join the two-stage program, Stage and StagePro. Participation in the program is planned for 2 months for each stage. Volunteers will participate in activities at the Confederation Headquarters, as well as in member organizations and subsidiaries, where they will be taught various digital and social skills, briefings and professional trainings, and instilled in teamwork skills.

Participants who successfully complete the program and whose activities are deemed acceptable will receive the “Stage” and “StagePro” certificates of the “AHIK Volunteers” program, respectively.

Young people who want to join the volunteer movement, improve their knowledge and personal skills and be useful to our society can apply to join the first program through the link until October 30 at 6:00 p.m.
