Preparations for the heating season in the city of Pokrovsk are in danger and apparently will not take place. This was stated by the head of Pokrovskaya GVA, Sergei Dobryak.
“Due to the lack of gas, water and electricity, the heating season is threatened. And most likely it won’t happen.” – said Dobryak, quoted by the publication Strana.
Today in Pokrovsk there are just over 12 thousand inhabitants, including 70 children, said the head of the administration.
In his words, now the pace of evacuation has slowed down a bit: before about a thousand people left a day, now up to 300 people.
Currently, the Russian army is located 8 km from the city.
