Moody’s and Fitch Ratings lowered their rating forecasts for Belgium and France

The international rating agency Moody’s downgraded Belgium’s credit rating forecast to negative and the Fitch Ratings agency assigned a negative outlook to France, Bloomberg reports citing statements from the agency.
