A man who raped a disabled girl was arrested in Siyazan district.
According to information obtained by Bakivakhtı.az, Y. Feyziyev, born in 1970, who works as a worker in one of the institutions in the region (names and surnames are conditional), was declared responsible under Articles 149 and 150 ( rape and acts of sexual violence) of the Penal Code.
It was found that a 54-year-old man died due to cerebral palsy, hearing and speech disabilities, mental retardation, etc. He sexually assaulted his daughter, who had a group I disability due to her illness and was deprived of the opportunity to defend herself and resist.
He took advantage of the helplessness of Gulendami, who was born in 2000, knew his own daughter, but had no biological children. At that time, the girl’s mother arrived and reported the incident to the police.
During the investigation process it was also established that the father of the disabled girl is another person. However, until the incident, Y. Feyziyev considered Gulendam as his own daughter.
Y. Feyziyev was sentenced last week to seven years in prison by the Sumgayit Serious Crimes Court.
