The draft budget for 2025 presented by the government on Thursday plans to increase the Elysée credits to 125.7 million euros, compared to the 122.6 voted in the finance law for 2024. An increase of 3 million euros and the 2.5% of this budget, a figure higher than the global price increase planned for 2025 by the same legislative text (average inflation of 1.8%).
The increases in appropriations for the Assembly and the Senate, increased respectively from 607.6 million to 618 million euros (+ 1.7%) and from 353.5 million to 359.5 million euros (+ 1.7% ), are lower than average inflation.
