THE The Plaza de Las Ventas marked the end of the 2024 season this Saturday. The last protagonists of the traditional bullfight of Hispanidad were: Miguel Ángel Perera and Emilio de Justo in front of the bulls of the cattle ranch of Victorino Martin. A face-to-face meeting that raised great expectations.

Emilio de Justo faced the fourth bull of the afternoon of this Hispanidad bullfight with much more seriousness than the previous one, which he received like half a Veronica. He left himself on the horse and made it difficult with banderillas. Emilio de Justo took the bull to the middle where Extremadura left some very tight series on the right hand. The bull had a very good loadwhich De Justo took advantage of from start to finish. He shifts towards nature where he leaves several high-level series which mark the lines. He missed the target with the sword after finishing with a punch across the body.

Perera’s task on the fifth bull of the afternoon was brief, as he lacked dedication. At the Cape, he went unnoticed and in the banderillas too. Extremadura entrusted the task to his agent Diego Robles. The task was difficult, because the animal left him no options, Perera put a lot of effort and patience with him, but it was impossible to create a work and he had no choice but to shorten it.
Emilio de Justo received Veronica on the 6th in the afternoon. He didn’t stand out on horseback and he didn’t leave any big moments behind. Emilio de Justo started the task by extending the animal’s attack as much as possible, thus leaving beautiful natural first series. Little by little, the work became more bullfighting, always very close to the animal. He left a beautiful series of very finished right hands with hand changes with which he managed to put the audience back on their feet. He finishes with low doubles and ends the afternoon with a half lunge. He received an attentive ear following strong public demand.
