Lauren Pisciotta, who previously worked as Kanye West’s personal assistant, accused the rapper of intoxication and sexual assault. She filed a sexual harassment lawsuit in June, but recently added new allegations, including an assault during a music studio recording session that also included rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.
According to Rolling Stone magazine, which obtained portions of the lawsuit, Pisciotta said everyone present at the recording session was forced to drink alcohol.
The lawsuit says: “After a few sips, Plaintiff became overcome with confusion and disorientation. “She woke up the next morning with no memory of the night before, she felt physically ill and was very embarrassed, fearing she had embarrassed herself at work.”
When Pisciotta told West she didn’t remember what happened, he allegedly responded, “Women like to say they don’t remember anything.”
In the lawsuit filed in June, Pisciotta also alleged that West indulged in self-gratification during his phone calls. According to her, he often asked her about her personal life and sent her messages of a sexual nature.
Although Combs is named in the new charges, Pisciotta does not file any claims against him. Combs himself was arrested in New York in September on charges of soliciting prostitution, human trafficking and extortion.
