THE notice that customers publish on the Internet about their experience in hospitality establishments are, in some cases, a cause of dispute between the consumer and the managers of the restaurant itself, when they consider that the evaluation made of their service is unfair.
Valencian influencer Jesús Soriano, aka “Soy Camarero”, opened the debate on social networks after asking his followers about a specific case in which the owner of a tavern responds to a woman’s criticism of the “very poor quality” of the food and the “Exorbitant price” for “shabby” premises.
“We had a terrible meal and we will not return, I do not recommend it,” says the customer, who rates the site with one of the five stars that Google allows him to award, after also attacking the “lack of education” of the “boss”.
In his response, the owner of the establishment gives much more information to understand what happened: “This is what happened and you didn’t say it, you lying witch.”
According to the story, the woman was sitting at a table on the restaurant’s terrace with two other people and two dogs. At that point, he addressed one of the six waiters to warn him that “everyone” should approach the table from the left side because one of the dogs “pulled because he is very aggressive”.
“I just limited myself to telling you that if your dog is aggressive, IWhat should I do, leave him at home? and not take him to a terrace where, in addition to attacking a waiter, he could also attack another customer or, more seriously, a child,” explains the owner of the tavern.
At this point he raises his voice: “He gave you an example that if your dog kills someone, he could get away with a good kick.” “To have animals, you have to be a responsible person and know how to educate them to be calm. We hope you will never come back to our tavern,” says the innkeeper.
