Azerbaijani high jump champion Yusif Abdullayev has been disqualified for 4 years.
Oku.Az reports that the National Anti-Doping Agency of Azerbaijan published information in this regard.
The athlete’s disqualification was caused by the athlete’s violation of anti-doping rules.
He was punished for evading, refusing or failing to present a sample. The athlete’s punishment came into effect on September 11 and will end on September 10, 2028.
It should be noted that Y.Abdullayev became champion of Azerbaijan in high jump in May this year.
