The popular accusations of Iustitia Europa and Hazte Oír asked this Monday nine urgent measures in the Koldo affair which are added to the testimony of Pedro Sánchez and other procedures, requested last Friday.
On this occasion, the two joint popular accusations ask the Central Court of Instruction 2 to proceed with the opening of the two separate articles on the visit to Spain of the vice-president of VenezuelaDelcy Rodríguez and the rescue of Air Europa.
They also request the summons for investigation of José Luis Ábalos, Francina Armengol and Begoña Gómez, as well as senior officials of the Civil Guard such as the former director of the Civil Guard. Marcos Gonzalez and the head of UCE-2 of the information service staff, Colonel Vazquez Aznárezamong other measures.
These measures join those requested last Friday, among which the testimony of Pedro Sánchez stands out and all this after having known the possible involvement of senior government officials in corruption schemes, influence peddling, criminal organization, bribery, embezzlement of public funds and revelation of secrets, among others, following reports 207/2024 and 211/2024 provided by the Central Operational Unit of the Civil Guard.
Sánchez, the “1” according to the UCO
He latest report from the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard refers several times to Pedro Sánchezto whom Víctor de Aldama called “the 1” in several conversations he had with the CEO of Air Europa.

Indeed, the UCO explains that “in accordance with the previous message, On July 16, 2020, the President of the Government would have metthat Aldama, when speaking with those close to him, calls “the 1”; Nadia Calviño Santamaría, whom she calls “the one from the hacienda”and Abalosbased on the dynamics observed in the aforementioned conversations, and who would have informed him of the previous extremes, especially assuming the granting of the second ICO credit.
