An electric scooter this Sunday caused a fire in a house on Iglesia Street, in the neighborhood of Carabanchelin Madrid, where 17 people were slightly injured, 3 of whom were transported to hospital, Madrid Emergency sources told EFE.
The fire broke out on the 1st floor of the building, which was completely affected, and the causes of the fire are still unknown. The scooter caught fire.
Firefighters from Madrid City Hall went to the scene and extinguished the fire and cooled the ground. Neighbors were able to return to their homes with the exception of those affected by the damage caused by the fire to the property, to whom the Town Hall offered the services of Samur Social, if necessary.

Samur Social Protection treated 17 people for minor smoke inhalation, 3 of whom were transferred to hospital. hospital with a mild prognosis. To facilitate the work, the Municipal Police closed the street to traffic, in addition to one lane of General Ricardos Street.
