This is how Rodríguez spoke during his testimony before Judge Ismael Moreno, responsible for investigating the so-called Koldo plot, allegedly dedicated to the collection of illegal commissions through this reward and others.
This senior Interior official, former commissioner and nicknamed in the police field Leninexplained that he learned in 2020 that the Ministry of Transport had hired Soluciones de Gestión SL.
It is for this reason, as he stated, that a person whose identity he does not remember provided him with Koldo’s contact and it was Koldo who then gave him the telephone numbers of the company officials.
Asked about these accusations, Rodríguez insisted that he does not remember who put him in contact with Koldo García, Ábalos’ confidant when he was transport minister.
